Dan is a GE bred, six sigma trained risk & finance guy that builds and executes on a foundation of process, analytics and metrics. He understands the importance of constructing the right capital structure to support growth. This is his 2nd start up.
He has over 39 years of financial and risk experience including 33 years with GE and GE Capital culminating as Chief Risk Officer (Vendor Finance) for GE Capital Solutions. Since leaving GE, Dan has provided risk and operations consulting services to TD Bank and Wells Fargo Capital Finance; and was most recently the CFO/CRO of The Receivables Exchange.
Dan has a Bachelors in Accounting from Providence College.
