Tropical Storm Roslyn Strengthens Off Mexico’s Pacific Coast, Likely to Become a Hurricane

According to the NHC, Tropical Storm Roslyn strengthened off Mexico’s southern Pacific coast. It is expected to become a hurricane before making landfall between the resorts of Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlan.

At present, Roslyn is centered around 230 miles south-southeast of Manzanillo and is gradually moving west-northwest at 8mph, with maximum sustained winds of about 50 mph.
