Tropical Storm Harold is predicted to make landfall in southern Texas, south of Corpus Christi, at midday on Tuesday. Over a million residents are under a severe weather warning, with the possibility of flooding and severe rain. Some areas may experience up to 7 inches of rain, with 3-6 inches anticipated across southern Texas and parts of Mexico. 

Winds are predicted to range from 30 to 40 mph, accompanied by gusts reaching up to 55 mph. Additionally, a storm surge of 1 to 3 feet is expected. A travel advisory has been issued for the Gulf Coast region.
